Where do I find Minnie Mouse in her red dress?

Same for us. I believe every other picture we had with Minnie (not at EPCOT) she was wearing something else.

It would be great if they put her back with Mickey in Town Square once talking Mickey leaves. Watch for reports after mid-May when he leaves.

Charecters change in that location, but the last 2 times we were there they had Pluto and goofy.

As others noted the Epcot character spot always has Minnie in her red dress.

When we went in January in 2016 she was in her red dress on Main Street when the park opened. I did not see here there when we went in October. She was to the left when you enter the park, near the barber shop and first Emporium store.

I believe Minnie is in her red dress at Chef Mickey's-the rest of the Fab 5 are all dressed in Chef outfits though.
