I'm just starting to research a trip for next August. Is there a good site like WDWIG for DL that has room pics, menus etc that I can start looking at?
I'm in the process of researching a trip to DL, too, and have enjoyed all of the info on laughingplace.com and MousePlanet.com. MousePlanet has menus with prices. I'm a loyal DIS fan, but for planning a DL trip, I've branched out to several other websites. Have fun with your planning!
I would also highly consider purchasing the Birnbaums guide to Disneyland. It gives you all the height requirements for the rides which is nice if you have kids, you can measure them before you leave home and avoid disappointment when you get there. They also have a listing of all the restaurants, hotels, rides and much more. Our first trip I bought it a couple of days before we left and read it on the plane. It was a big help! Enjoy your planning, IMHO that is half the fun!
