Where did you rent your double stroller?

I'm trying to decide on ABBF or Orlando Stroller Rental. ABBF is $10 more (not a huge deal...) but it's parto f the consideration. Has anyone rented from either one and have anything good or bad to say about either? Any problems or anything outstanding about one or the other?

One seems to use InStep jogger and the other has Citi Mini All Terrain. Both "look" comfy. Is one easier to push around or fold up, etc.

I haven't rented (I'm considering renting a single from OSR in the fall), but this post convinced my neighbor to rent a double from OSR...

It just sounds like OSR put a lot of thought into picking the best stroller for the parks. (I might have read that or heard it on DIS Unplugged - I can't remember!)

After doing a search for that above post, I found some recent posts about buying insurance for strollers because of some recent issues. I would do a search and check that out.

OSR hands down.
It is a great company. They saved my last trip when my stroller broke. SHannon had the rental stroller at my hotel within 2 hours of my phone call. I am renting from them again and tell everyone I know to do the same. Customer service cannot be beat.

The baby jogger city mini is a BY FAR superior stroller too. I have used both.

The InStep jogger is super heavy, doesn't fold well, and doesn't steer well at all. I've rented from ABBF a few times - and we've always done their double stroller (old gracos) but this last year with ds being so big, we did the double jogger. I'd never do it again.

If the city mini gets good review - go with them~

I LOVE my Graco (single) stroller but find it very bulky and would never attempt to deal with it (or the double for that matter) on Disney busses, etc. And I'm not convinced it'd be that easy to maneuver around either. BUT - I've never used the Graco double at Disney (or elsewhere) so maybe someone else could comment. ABBF has 2 types of doubles - the graco and the jogger. Personaly I'd go wtih a jogger just for ease of handling.

I know you made your decision...but I have to praise OSR also. Fantastic customer service. And the stroller is phenominal. I LOVE that is folds flat and in about 2.5 seconds. We ended up coming home, selling our sit and stand, gracco and chicco and buying a city mini single.

The gracos are old, but clean, double stollers. OLD. On the last trip that we had them, the handle was wrapped with black tape in places.

As long as you aren't looking for a fashion show, they are fine, they work fine.

The double joggers that they have though - terrible, terrible, terrible!!!! I would highly recommend that you don't get those!

From other posters I've heard nothing but good things about OSR, though I personally haven't used them (yet). My advice is if you have a Babies R Us or similar store near you that carries both go try them out. See which handles easier, folds easier and is most comfy for your child.

I am not renting but had to chime in. Go with the one that has the City Mini. It is the best stroller out there. So easy to steer (single and double). the folding is amazing-- can actually fold it while holding onto your child. I have owned about 12 or 15 strollers in the last 10 years. I wish the city mini was around that long ago. We just purchased the city mini single for our upcoming aug trip. DS2 already loves the stroller-- very comfy to sleep and the shade is huge. I have a shoulder injury so this stroller is soo much easier to push one handed than my Mac (now I love my mac but love this one a little bit more).

I'm the one who posted that OSR review!! And I rented a double from the again in early June for 9 days. Once again, the stroller was fabulous and made it easy for me to get around with my 2 boys. I highly recommend them. Both from a cost standpoint and ease of use. Have a great trip!!

I booked OSR for late Sept so we will see. I saw a few people with baby joggers and being the pest that I am asked how the owners liked them, they all gave glowing reviews!!! Good Luck
