Where did u get the code for Haunted Mansion room?

Could anyone plz tell me how to get the new Haunted Mansion room? I've seen it all over the place, but no one will tell me where they got it.

Your choices to get a HM room are to go to the real park and do a VIP tour OR trade for the code. However, trading for codes is risky business.

There was one room I was in, I asked the owner how he got the Haunted Mansion room and he said he got it from like VMK best room - shrug -.

Possibly there is other ways to get the room other than going to WDW to get it.
