Where did the time go?

I can´t believe my oldest son is 15 today!!! Funny how I really didn´t feel that young when I had him when I was 16, but now that I´m 31, I feel at least just as young, lol.

He´s a wonderful kid. Kind, considerate, does well in school, has great friends, plays the drums and has just quit playing soccer. I feel so lucky to be his mom

You sound like a great Mom, and he sounds like an equally great kid.

I know what you mean about how fast they grow up. My oldest grandchild is 16, yikes! I can hardly believe she will be graduating next year already.

Ahhh the memories, where does time go?! Enjoy every minute, our babies indeed grow up fast.
Good children say a lot about their parents . I remember your site, you have a beautiful family Freyja.
Seems like no time ago we were enjoying all the hustle bustle of raising our 4!
Now as seniors enjoying our golden years, we're blessed with the pitter patter of sweet grands!

Yep, it sure goes fast.
We were pretty emotional this past August. Our oldest son was starting high school, our oldest daughter was starting middle school, our youngest daughter was starting kindergarten, and our youngest son was turning 1.

Our 9 yr old DD was a little annoyed that she was the only one not hitting any milestones.

My "little boy" who was in KINDERGARTEN when I joined the DIS, will be 17 in January....

I still wonder what happened to the years!! They FLY by!!
