Where did the ideas for the autograph books go?

I did the search for the Disney autograph book, and 1 thread showed up, but it was not the one I was looking for. A few months back someone explained how they had created theirs. Didn't think I would need it, but now I sure could use it. Thanks everyone. Caroline
