Where did my tickets go????

Just logged into my MDE and our tickets are gone?!?!? My TA got the PH removed but the confirmation she sent showed 5 day base tickets. Now there are no tickets listed on my account . I tried linking the reservation again but it says it’s already linked. This is turning into way too much work and stress. Maybe it’s God’s way of telling me to cancel

Hahaha. SOP for Disney right now. TA says she can still see them and my park reservations are intact. Gonna take a chill pill for now.

I have a set of tickets missing right now on the website but all are present on the app. They seem to come and go sometimes from view but they are there - also if you have park reservations they would be cancelled if you didn’t have tickets

Tried all of that with no success. I will look again tomorrow. My park reservations are all still there & I do have the Disney confirmation showing the tickets.

Mine are also gone from MDE (APs for current trip and package tickets for other trips) and I haven't monkeyed with them in the past couple of weeks. I can see them in the app. It's rather nerve-racking when you log in and don't see the tickets, but as @Robo pointed out, it is a display glitch problem, but the tickets are safely in your account.

I can’t see mine anywhere but my DU TA says she can. Tried the website, tried the App, uninstalled & reinstalled the app, cleared browser and cookies, waited a day. Still nothing.

Did a chat on the App and the CM was able to make my tickets appear. Not gonna lie, I am relieved!!
