Where did Moana go?

Does anyone know if you can meet Moana still? Or did she go away?

My daughter loves Moana and Maui. She listens to those songs all the time and I cannot count how many times we have watched the movie. Cannot believe they took away her meet and greet.

Meaning: no WDW meet currently, but hopefully she will come back. Adventureland would be a good home for her. Or Poly.

In the link to the thread posted by Hiro I commented that Moana has displaced Frozen as the go-to movie for my 4 & 5 year old DGDs. They watch it all the time, the music plays all the time. And it was a big hit, was it not? Strange to not have her featured in the parks. Perhaps she had an unfortunate collision with a skewer server at 'Ohana?
