Where did I find this paper?

I found a paper I wanted to buy for our trip album, and now I can't remember where it was! It was Minnie I think, it was just red paper with white dots on it, like her outfit. Any ideas? I added it to a wishlist..

Are the dots about the size of a pencil eraser? If so I have seen that sold as individual sheets at my LSS. Not sure if they presently have it in stock but seems like it has been around for awhile.
