I bought ours last year from Onestepahead.com We are happy with the amount of breeze it creates and it did not eat batteries too badly (I think they all sort of eat batteries if left on all day). The price was under $15 not incl shipping.
Hi I got mine from Ebay Fantastic Clip Fan , from a recommondation from other DISer's and works amazingly well tested and is ready for our trip in 2 weeks .....
I picked up a couple last year from CVS; they were finger safe and fairly small, but did a good job of blowing a breeze. I use them on the double, so one fan per child. They were a little rough on batteries, but I used rechargeable batteries, so no big deal. Now, if only I could find where I put them.

We bought ours on ebay too! They have foam blades for little curious fingers and a led light show as the fan spins. We love them, we got to point at DD and one to point at us!
I had the One Step Ahead Kelgar Stroller Fan, it lasted one season and broke. It also doesn't have a very strong breeze, due to the "cage" around the blades.
I'm not an ebay person, and I couldn't find the Fantastik Fan anywhere but ebay. Bad experience with paypal
I did find this Mini Gooseneck Clip on Fan with shipping it came to $11.94. Hopefully, it will have a powerful breeze!
