Where did all the restaurants go for DDP!!!!!!!!

I printed out the participating DDP restaurants for 2007 and 2008. The restaurants that are NOT on the DDP for 2008 are the following. I may not be totally accurate, cause it is late, and I'm tired, but here is the list:

So now my question is---- do the add more restaurants when it is closed to 2008. The pickins are very slim, especially in DTD.
We wanted to a C/S at Earl of Sandwich and Wolfgang Puck's Express. If the dinning plan was not free, I don't think I would buy it with all the restaurants gone from the list.

They will add more restaurants as they work out agreements with them. Check the list again in late December or early January, and most if not all of those you listed will be participating. Unless they can't come to an agreement, but history suggests they will.

It's the same every year. Be patient most all of them will show up.

That is good to know! I was a bit worried. I am hoping that Downtown Disney places agree to be on!

Disney released the complete list of participating restaurants for 2007 on November 15, 2006. Expect the complete list of participating restaurants for 2008 around mid-November 2007, not before. The list in the current 2008 brochure is just intended to show that the Dining Plan will be offered at a wide variety of restaurants.

None of these were expressly listed for last year either. Neither was Goofy's Candy Company or Main Street Confectionary or Seashore Sweets, all places that people have reported using the plan. Snack-only places and lounges don't seem to make the brochure listing.

It is too soon to panic over what will or won't be included for 2008. We'll see the final restaurant list at some point, but the snacks are harder to nail down because of Disney's vague wording and changing rules. Let us January travelers be the guinea pigs, and we'll report back if there are any major changes when it comes to snacks!

If I remember, the Spoodles Pizza Windows was the only eatery that was removed from the plan between 2006 and 2007.
