Where CAN'T I use MagicBand to pay?

I'm flying in tonight (WOOHOO!), and this thought just crossed my mind. Where are all the places that I would need another form of payment other than my MagicBand? I can think of three:
1. Tips for housekeeping / luggage
2. Pressed pennies
3. Might not still be the case, but when we went a couple of years ago, the lady cutting silhouette portraits in MK wouldn't accept MagicBand.

Anything else of which I should be aware?

Balloon vendors.
Spinny lights (etc.) vendors sold before parades and evening spectaculars.
Sometimes, but rarely, isolated soft drink and snack vendors.

On a similar theme. Does anyone know if we can book tours, dessert parties, La Nouba and charge them to the room account?

Due to the construction we will have a credit on the room account and I was trying to think of ways to spend it. I know I probably won't be able to pre-book these.

Last time we did a tour we had to give a credit card number, charging to the room was not an option. On the subject of charging with MB, make sure you carry a little cash or cc with you. The machines have been known to go down and you would need an alternative method of paying. Also carry an ID.

What about like at Disney Springs, can you charge with your magic band at most of the shops and food spots? Dockside Margaritas?

Some snack carts. Anywhere whose reader has temporarily gone down. I was very lucky one hot day in DHS when son and I were waiting for our group to do something else, we were very thirsty and I had no payment other than MB. The only nearby cart was having reader problems and the kind CM let us have our two drinks regardless.

Some snack carts, rule of thumb I use, if you see it has electricity then they usually have a reader.

Yeah, we got caught out at a snack cart where we picked up a bottle drink and she didn't have a reader- it was cash only.

We learned on our last trip that we could not use it to pay for our meal at Shulas, and we had no other form of payment with us after a day at HS. That was embarrassing. Fortunately the manager was very understanding and allowed us to call in our credit card number from the resort, but it cut our night short. So not sure if that applies to all the Swolphin restaurants?

On our last trip with 18 family members, the kids wanted to play games in the arcade at our hotel one evening. At that time, we had to use either cash or a credit card to get tokens for the machines.

Most everything at DS will accept MB, but not everything. And anything not owned by disney but can accept MB payment, uses its a different system than the Disney owned stuff. And since we all know how awesome Disney IT is, the worker at the Build-a-Dino store told me that the system goes down A LOT!!

I would be prepared with another form of payment at all times, though I personally have never had issues with MB's.
