Where can you upgrade tickets?

My brother's family has 4 day park hoppers for his family (2 adult, 2 children). Where at DW can they go to upgrade these to 8 day Hoppers with no expiration? Will they get the gate price or the discounted price? How do they figure what their 4 day hoppers are worth?

Go to Guest Services at one of the parks. I am pretty sure they will get the gate price because they are not buying them in advance of going to the park.

From all ears:"Disney resorts can now do many of the changes on the MYW tickets. They can add any options you want (park hopping, plus options and no expiration) as well as add more days onto your MYW ticket. Resorts cannot do any upgrades that involve Annual, Premium Annual or Seasonal Passes." So'if they're staying onsite all they have to do is go to the ticket desk. If not,any guest relations office at any of the parks can do it.
