Where can you "see" your onboard credit

Just curious - About 2 months ago, we booked the Magic 7 day Eastern sailing online. I know you get a $25 onboard credit for online booking, but does that show up anywhere. I don't see it when going in to our reservation on the website and I don't see any mention of it on the confirmation they mailed. Do we just assume "it's there"?

I would like to know the answer to this as well--I have the On Board Booking credit and also credit from booking with DU, so how can I verify onboard that the correct amount is on my account? At Guest Services?

I also have an onboard credit and don't see anywhere in my reservation. Also, would like to know how to validate.

It doesn't show up on the online reservation summary or on the printed confirmations that DCL sends either. If you call, they can confirm. Once you get onboard, there should be cards in your stateroom to let you know of any onboard credits you have and where they came from. If you have an onboard credit and don't get the little card, check with Guest Services.

Sorry, you never will see it on your DCL on line reservations. If you booked with a TA and they have a web site, they may show it there. All you can do is call DCL (or your TA) and have them verify over the phone what the amount is.

You will also always see the catagory stateroom you booked...even if they've placed you in a higher catagory.

You will also only see your status as "booked", never 'paid in full'....unless they've changed that with the latest web site upgrades, but I don't think so.

Thank you!

Don't worry, it will be there. I too, like to 'see' it just to be sure but every time it's been there for us. If you rebook onboard it's $200 obc (or $100 for Bahamian cruises) so then I really wish I could see it.
My TA gives us an obc just for booking with her also.
Now I've learned it will all just be there when I get there. ;)

Does anyone happen to know how far in advance you can find out what the total OBC is on your account? I did book through a TA, so I assume I can not call DCL direct to find out the amount, I would need to have the TA do it? I am like some of you, I like to "see" it before I get there.

Once it's booked, you can find out your total obc. That is a set amt by DCL if you booked onboard, and from your TA, if he/she offers any.

Your TA must get that info for you from DCL.

For DCL reservations. Retrieve your reservation then click on "view details" this will be under the line that states how many days till your cruise. Then scroll down to where it says "price breakdown" in that box underneath the costs,it will state your OBC.

Thank you so much Goofy Mum - I found it!

I have a $100 on board credit person from Disney. I booked my reservation with Disney yet don't see online. Are all onboard credits visible in reservation on Disney site? I see mixed references on this thread to whether you can view this or not. I may just be looking in the wrong spot but pulled up my reservation and clicked on view details and looked at price breakdown and all details under that and see no reference to any on board credit.

Mine only shows the onboard credit I got for booking online - does not show the $50 credit for paying with Disney Visa.

Did you put the Disney Visa code in the box when you booked? If not, you can call DCL (or TA if you used one) and they will sometimes add it after the fact. The Disney Visa credit is not an automatic thing--you must enter the code.

Which is DCC, for the record.

Another question - if I booked online and used code FLR for the Florida resident rate, but paid the whole thing with my Disney Visa, can I call them to apply code DCC for the onboard credit? There was no place to enter 2 booking codes online - does anyone know if that is even allowed? (No complaints from me if it's not allowed - the Florida resident rate was amazing).
