Where can we go to watch sports?

My DH is a huge Red Sox fan. We're going to WDW Tues for a week and unfortunately all the games are on TBS and WDW resorts do not have TBS.

I'm thinking he can go to the ESPN club. We'll also have a car... is there anywhere you would recommend close to All Star Sports?

I am curious as well. I am not sure where on site you can go, but last year, we tried espn zone for a psu game and the wait was 3 hours :scared1: Once the seats have been taken, the fans will not leave until the game is over, and may stay through the next game, and the next game. If he wants to watch a game at espn zone, he should probably be in line when the restaurant opens.

Hi, not real close to All Star sports but really good food and good prices

....We watch a lot of Big Ten games during the winter at a great little family sports bar called Beef O'Brady's. Great Blackened grilled fish sandwich, by the way!
About 10 minutes from Disney...take I-4 west toward Tampa...take Highway 27 north about 2 miles and will be in a Mall by a Walgreens on your right.

If you like great British food, take Hwy 27 south about a mile to THE PUB on the right (green building). They have great Shepherd's Pie and Fish and Chips...both have lots of TVs and lots of beer on tap and the prices are very reasonable...

Really close to All Star would probably be more out Apopka-Vineland...I know there are a couple of bars South of far eastern Disney Exit by Marketplace a couple of miles on the right...Kind off the road to the right...

Good Luck...Ted

Alehouse or Buffalo Wild Wings, both on 535, should have the game. Probably Hooters as well, on Palm Parkway. Sure there are similar places on 192, which might be closer, but I try to avoid that road when I can.

One more thought--not the easiest place to find parking, but as I recall, Celebration Town Tavern (in Celebration) is sort of the local HQ for Boston sports--they show all the Pats games, I assume Sox games as well. Your husband would be amongst friends, lol.

I've been following this thread as I didn't have any suggestions and wanted to learn from others.
I think that this idea (Celebration Town Tavern) is an excellent one. The outside seating area is called the Boston Garden and the theming inside is directed at all things Boston sports, well Massachusetts professional sports I guess to include the Pats but I don't remember seeing anything about the Revs (must be some soccer stuff in there somewhere!). There's a nice bar area and the restaurant menu is quite good. Of all the places that other posters have mentioned, this is the place that I'd go to watch the Sox.

I know there is a TGIFridays on I-Drive that is HUGE and has all of the sports on, with hundreds of tv's. We love to watch sports at Buffalo Wild Wings, Beef O Brady's is good as well.

Thanks op for the question, and thanks all for the suggestions. We are heading down to Orlando again November 14-November 24th, so if we get a chance we will try to check out one of the family sports bars for the penn state :worship: vs michigan state game on 11/22 :thumbsup2
