Where can we find WWOHP wands outside of the parks?

We'll be in Orlando next month and my nephew would like Harry Potter's wand... However, we're not planning on visiting US or IoA this trip. I know they sell them at the airport, but we're not flying down this time. Do any of the shops in Citywalk carry them? We have plenty of time to visit Citywalk if needed, so that's not a problem. When we were at IoA last year, I remember seeing them in the store at the front of the park, but we didn't visit any of the shops outside...

Yes, the main gift shop at Citywalk sells them. They only sell the character wands and not the birthday wands.
