Where can we change our tickets?

Our friend is going with us and she has already bought the 5 day hoppers but now she wants to switch them for the 7 day basic MYW tics. I have already checked and I know she can do this but since we are not staying on-site where can we do this? If we were staying at a resort we could do it there,but we would like to do this before we even get to a park. Anyone have any answers? Thanks in advance-Julie

You can do it at Guest Relations at Downtown Disney, Guest Relations at the Front of any of the theme parks, The Tranportation and Ticket Center or any of the WDW resort hotel front desks (you don't have to be staying at them to do an exchange).
