We will need to access and send email through our aol account while at BCV. Is there anywhere on the property that we can access and send email? Is there a charge? How much?

Thanks

If you have a laptop you can access the internet from your room. If not you can go to business centers at any of the convention resorts and there is a fee to access the internet for a short period of time.

If you aren't bringing a laptop there are business centers at the convention hotels. Cost is $10 for 15 mins.

Which are the convention hotels? I will need to do on-line check in for my airline. Can I do this in addition to checking e-mail?

High Speed Internet Arrives at CSR. It has been a long time in coming, but High Speed Internet Access is being rolled out at the WDW Resorts, starting with Coronado Springs beginning 10/1/03. The price is $4.95 per hour or $9.95 for 24-contiguous hours charged to the room account. You will need to supply your own laptop and cable! Technical support will be available via your in room phone.

Wi-Fi: High Speed Wireless Internet Access is available to Guests staying at CSR!!! Guests with Wi-Fi enabled laptop computers or PDA's will be able to access the Internet from the common areas at CSR. Smart City is the vendor providing this service and 24-hour technical support for those Guests who need it. Smart City will bill the Guest using a secure credit card transaction via the on-screen Internet connection. Requirements: Requires a wireless interface card (WIC), available for purchase in the resort's business center. Price: $4.99 for the first 60 minutes or $9.95 for 24 contiguous hours. Coronado Springs areas include the Main Lobby, Convention Center Hallway, the Dig Site (Feature Pool), Francisco's.

What if you don't bring your laptop? Any free standing computers we can use?

They use to have computers at the resorts and parks for pay for use. I guess it didn't work out because they are all gone now. Other than bringing your laptop, I don't know of any other way.

From my stay at the Swan they have the plug in your room to have access to the internet so long as you have a laptop.
The service is included in their $10.00 a day resort fee which includes not only the internet access but other services.

You can visit the business centers at convemtion resorts (which CSR is) as mentioned by safetymom or visit Disney Quest and go to the Wonderland Cafe. There you can take a break or an indulgent dessert. Relax in a whimsical setting, and log onto the Internet while you enjoy your favorite coffee drink.
