Where can I use the gift card for dining?

When booking our reservations we opted for the $500 gift card. My question is can we use this gift card anywhere we want to. We most likely will be using this for dining. We have ADR at Crystal Palace, 1900 Park Fare and Chef Mickeys, I'm pretty sure they will accept it, but not sure about Beaches & Cream, Planet Hollywood, etc. Anyone have any input on this.

Yes to all the restaurants you named, except Planet Hollywood. You can use the gift card at all restaurants (and shops for that matter) in any Disney park or resort. Restaurants at DTD and the Swan and Dolphin will not accept the gift card.

Even though you can't use the gift card at DTD, you could charge the meal to you KTTW card and pay at your resort with the gift card.
