Where Can I Send a Thank You?

I wanted to send a thank you to the appropriate people, and wondering if anyone out there would have an address for me. On Pearl Harbor Day (Dec. 7) my dad was the Veteran of the Day at the Flag Retreat Ceremony at the MK. He is a WW2 Navy vet, and the ceremony meant so very much to him. Disney did a fantastic job. He was supposed to go on Memorial Day Weekend to the WW2 Memorial dedication in DC, but due to my mom's cancer, he could not make it. The Disney experience more than made up for it. I just would like to send a thank you to someone there. I had arranged it through town hall during my summer trip, but was never given a name.

I know there is a more direct way, but this will work.
Go to disneyworld.com and find the "contact us" area. There is a drop down window so you can direct your comments to the proper area. We have used this several times and you will always get: 1) an automated e-mail confirming that Disney received it and then 2) several days later you will get a specific e-mail concerning your comments. On two occasions we have also received calls from the executive offices at Walt Disney World regarding our comments.

Anyone have any idea how to send a thank-you to a specific person and/or their supervisor?

We were at the Dec 9th MVMCP and all bought Santa Hats for the party. My dd5 wanted a Stitch hat. They were completely sold out in the entire world. We were at DD that morning and looked there as well. As we were waiting in line for our picture Laurie told my daughter that she like her hat (she had settled for Minnie), my wife said 'Oh, that's a bad topic,' and told Laurie how we had been looking for a Stitch Santa hat all day and they are sold out. Then my dd5 said to Laurie, 'I should just be happy that I'm at disney and I don't really need a hat.' Laurie asked me how old she was and I told her 5, and we never saw her again.

On Christmas Eve a package arrived in the mail with a return address of A Disney Elf. Inside was a note to dd5 that Santa wispered in her ear that she really wanted something... and she hoped it fit. Inside was a Stitch Santa hat! I had to keep telling dd5 that I REALLY didn’t buy it for her.

I have the Laurie’s last name but there was no address on the notepaper or on the package. Any idea how we can reach her, to thank her? Any help would be appreciated.
