Where can I retrieve email at the resorts?

Is there somewhere where I can retreive email at either the resorts or parks? I don't have a laptop.

DisneyQuest has a free internet cafe.

When I was last at DisneyQuest the computer wouldn't let you retrieve email. I'm sure someone here can clarify whether they've changed or not. You could only surf the net. It wouldn't let me login to any of my email accounts for public password safety. They used to have internet kiosks at the resorts but they have since been removed. You could use a business center at one of the convention hotels but they charge a fair amount of money.
