Where can I get the countdown thingy

Hi everyone,

I am so excited I am planning my second trip to Disney in Feb 2004. I noticed some people have the countdown thingy right in the posts......can I do that.....how??? I am very computer illiterate so please walk me through it.

Also where can I join the weight loss challenge.

If you go on the Tech board, there is a list of directions to create a countdown clock - it was so easy even I (also computer illiterate) figured it out.
