WHere and how can I get a pair of MIckey ears?

The way most folks get the black ears is by creating a character at Walt Disney World or Disneyland. Any character created there receives black ears.

Otherwise you have to trade for them, or hope that you are gifted some ears.

You get the gold ears buy purchasing the real ones at the Park. That is how I got mine. It would say at the park "Buy a real (item) and get a virtual (item)".
