where can I get cheap autograph books?

I need 4 of them- I checked Ebay, but witht he shipping they are still alot. I've been looking all over (they don't even have to be Disney) but I can't find them for under $12.00 each- I am so not crafty- so I'm not even gonna try to make them myself!

Go to a local craft store that carries scrapbooking supplies. They usually have those smaller spiral bound books. Hobby Lobby has some that are about 4x6 with 60 card stock pages for $4.99. They have white covers so you can decorate them yourselves. But if you can find the ones at Dollar Tree, they are great. We used them last year. They have about 100 pages and say "Autographs" on the front. They are spiral bound also.

I bought some plain white cardstock (at Staples) and a small clipboard. I cut the cardstock into 1/4s. I'll just have a stack of blank sheets with us (in a plastic bag) in each park, and the previously signed sheets will stay in the hotel, safe and sound.

I'm going to mount mine in a scrapbook by pictures of my kids with the characters, but non-crafty types could slide the autographs into regular photo albums along with the appropriate photos.

I saw some cheaper autograph books at one of the Walmarts around Walt Disney World. I am not sure how much they are, but they have disney characters on them and look much like the ones sold in the park. They also have Mickey ponchos.

I bought some for our last trip at Big Lots. Went to the Dollar Tree and got all kinds of Disney stickers. I let the kids decorate them, then I covered each book with clear contact paper. I didn't want the stickers to come off from the in and out of the backpack all day. It worked great. The kids were proud of making the books on their own. I actually got asked a few times from parents where I bought the autograph books because they were so different from the ones you buy at Disney. Good luck.

I got a foam princess (disney) pocket book notebook that was spril with beaded handels. It was a kit in the foam sticker section. It was around $6, but there is always 40% off coopons for JoAnns. It worked really great and DD liked it alot. It was Cinderella. Very cute.
