Where can I find Wiggles b'day party supplies

I picked up the basics-plates, tablecloth, napkins, cups at our local Party City. I'm still looking for their Happy Birthday Banner, cake topper, candle, balloons, invites, etc. I didn't see these at Party City- maybe I was looking in the wrong place? I live in NY. Are there other large party supply stores I'm not thinking of? I have bid on ebay, but the prices that things are selling for are going the way of the meal vouchers, and I know I could probably get all I need if I just find the right store....

First I want to say that I love the wiggles and think they are wonderful for children! I'm an education major (early ed and elementary ed). Some children's shows today make me cringe and the way they not only talk down to children but also have zero educational content. The Wiggles is one thing I love my students (and neice and nephew) to watch. (okay off my soapbox now)

After my neice's first birthday we started to get a Birthday Express Party Source magazine (www.birthdayexpress.com). They are kind of expensive (we have not ordered from it) but they have everything! Wiggles has an entire page devoted to it in the current magazine. Some examples ... pull string pinata, coloring books, board game, tambourines, play saxophone, color in puzzles, party favor boxes.... basically a ton of stuff!

Don't know what's in your area but we also have Party Depot. I have ordered things from www.shindigz.com - nice & fast shipping. My kids love the Wiggles too.

A little off thread, but if you are looking for Wiggles gifts, Target has quite a few Wiggles items on clearance right now in their toy department.

I bought one of everything (actually a few extra, then returned the extras-LOL!) because I was so excited and I know DD1 will love that stuff! Found some Wiggles pjs at Kmart as well, coloring & activity books at Costco, and DVDs at Deep Discount DVDs.com. I am funding the Wiggles next tour, I think! I hope she doesn't decide to not like to them anymore in the two months till her 2nd B'day..... Wish they had the guitar on clearance. They didn't have them in stock this past week, so I don't know if they would be on clearance anyway.
I think I'm going to call the party stores now, thanks for the advice!

found the Piniata (sp) for 12.99 (don't know what DD2 and a bunch of adults will find to do with it, but who cares), loot bags, hats, banner, candle, cup lids, matching utensils, all for 32. I had bought the plates, cups, napkins previously for 20. This means I spent 52. and I haven't even bought the balloons or food yet....how much do you normally spend on a small birthday party for about 15 people (mostly adults)? BTW, she's defintely worth it!
