Where can i find these?

Once upon a time I had seen the following items (or I possibly imagined them in my head lol) but i cant find them now:

index card size designs for a park planner- the less i have to carry the best, so a smaller sized park planner would be great!!

menus for the restaurants for the same sizes mentioned above.

any other ideas for a park planner that you think would be helpful and i could get on a card this size thanks!
