We loved the steaks at Le Cellier in Canada..........the dessert was wonderful too......

My vote:

LeCellier and Yachtsman Steakhouse.

Yachtsman may have been a little better, but the price was much better at LeCellier AND you get the cheese soup and pretzel bread too.
