Absolutely. Great resource.http://www.mousesavers.com/2015-disney-world-room-rates-season-dates/
They should all be included here.
Go to the Disney website and try to make a reservation at a Villa. That should tell you what the current rack rate is.
Exactly. But if you wouldn't normally stay in the DVC villa and pay rack rate for it, are you really saving? Use what you would really pay based on where you would really stay.

That's very insightful, actually. DVC is in many ways a set of "golden handcuffs." The entire value proposition of DVC is that you commit (and pre-pay for) many years of vacation lodging in a Disney resort in exchange for a discount on that resort. But, if you didn't do that, you might well vacation in many different places. Indeed, we've had several non-DVC vacations over the years that have been fantastic!it is hard to say what you would do if you didn't own DVC. I'm not even sure we wou,d go to Orlando without DVC we might be sone where else entirely.

Our best vacation experiences have been based on people not locations. While we've enjoyed Disney over the years, all of our top trips are not Disney oriented because they are based on large family trips. The problem with Disney and such trips is that people are more likely to do their own thing rather than spend quality family time. For a small group this can be one and the same but not generally for a large group, esp a large group where certain guests haven't been enough to be OK with less park time. Our trips have ranged from 24-40 people. That's very insightful, actually. DVC is in many ways a set of "golden handcuffs." In addition to a few extraordinarily memorable moments at both DLR and WDW, our two top vacations were at a Guest Ranch in the Colorado Rockies, and an Alaskan cruise. Paris is right up there too.the ones that have left the most lasting memories have been Florida or California (not just disney) which was what lead us to buy DVC.
