Where can I find out rides that will be closed?

We're planning a trip for end of January 2009. I would like to find out what rides will be closed for refurbishment. If anyone could point me to where I can find this I would greatly appreciate it!

Go to Disneyland.com site, and go to "plan", write in your dates and the refurb schedule for your days will be there.

Does anyone know if Golden Dreams is closed? I am working on my touring plan for Thanksgiving week and I can't seem to find it on Disneyland's site but nobody else has it closed. TIA

Golden Dreams is closed. Here is some info on it:

The Little Mermaid: Ariel's Adventure and Mermaid Lagoon (Includes Removal of Golden Dreams)

Project Status: Golden Dreams closed to the public September 7. Attraction open to school groups only through Spring 2009. Golden Dreams removal and construction to begin late Spring 2009.​

I don't think that site is very accurate. It only has the Sunwheel listed as closed on my dates. But according to Disneyland.com...Small World and the Haunted Mansion will also be closed.

IASW and HM will be closed to take down holiday decorations. In my experience in the past, one is open while the other is closed and vice versa.

I'm just going by what disneyland.com says. I'm hoping I'll get a chance to ride both while we're there though.

i'll be honest, the stitchkingdom site tends to be more up to date with WDW. i let the latest changes slip for dlr. i'm updating now. i didn't know I had much of a dlr following to be blunt.

ETA: okay, here's the deal with my DLR info. I only go by what I get directly from Disney. I have a mechanism in place that also checks the WDW calendar, but not the DLR calendar. unfortunately the way the DLR website offers information is significantly different (but is actually nicer). i just have to code a way to make the information more accessible to me on a timely basis. once i have something worked out, i'll add full info as available and it will be more complete and more current on an ongoing basis.

the plus to my site, just as an aside is that you can save your dates so it will alert you when a change affects your dates. of course this requires my being able to add the information which i ultimately would have been able to do long before january, but it was a matter of waiting for my source to be updated. so going forward i'll have multiple sources to fall back on.
