Where can I find Funnel Cakes?

I've read that I can find them at the America Pavilion in Epcot. Can you get one in any of the other parks? If so, where?

You can get them in the magic kingdom, forget the name of the place, but its next to the Hall of Presidents, and also sells caramel corn.
