Where can I find Donald Duck in AK?

We are going to be in AK on my birthday(its his birthday that day too) and I we don't want to go to a character breakfast to see him. Is there anywhere else we could see him?

This. We were just there last month and saw him there (it is in between Dinoland main drag and the Dinosaur ride). He is in safari gear. We saw him around 6:00 one night with no wait. Got to spend a ton of time with him because there was no one after us.
