Where can I find direct phone numbers?

We are vegetarians, and I want to call some of the restaurants we are going to ahead of time and let them know. I also want to check with the Hoop Dee Do Revue and see if there is anything we can eat at the dinner show.

Is there a webpage that lists phone numbers to all of the restaurants at WDW?

I'm not sure that they are available, since all PS are made by calling 407-WDW-DINE. I have seen numbers for the individual resorts, but not the restaurants.
