Where can I find CP package prices & details?

I have been looking everywhere for CP package prices & details. Can someone please tell me where I can find these?

I know I've seen them posted a couple of times here on the Disboards. You may also want to check Deb Wills site. Or call Disney Dining and get more information!

We're doing the CP Pkg on Dec 6 - dinner at France with the 8:15 show; and then Illuminations!!! Can't wait!
