Where can I find clear transfer paper?

I was just looking at someone's pictures and it looks like they used some clear transfer paper to make some backpacks. Also does anyone know where I can get some colored kid sized backpacks?

Not sure what you mean by clear paper. If you get the paper for 'light fabrics' it just shows what you printed off (any whites will show through with the fabric color you use). If you use 'dark fabrics' paper than your design will be on the white paper (so you would want to cut around your design to minimize the white edges).
Hobby Lobby and some Walmarts have totes in different colors.
