Where can I find Bodyglide?

I have no idea where to find this in a B&M store, can you help? I went onlyin and found it lots of places but then there is always shipping of $5 or more, making it totally outrageous. I have no REI or EasternMountain Sports stores around me. Please help if you can.

Call around to your local sporting goods stores. Sumit Hut also has it. I know running stores also usually carry it.

I found ours at a shoe store that sells running shoes and clothes. Call around and ask for it by name. Someone will know where you can find it in your area.

As far as I know there used to be an REI in Conshohocken. You may want to check on that too. It's a little close to you.

Try stores that carry surf/scuba supplies as well. Body Glide is awesome!

Like the PP we got ours at Dicks sporting goods. We did have to ask several people before we finally found someone that knew what we were talking about. I think they keep it in the shoe dept. Good Luck!!!

What is Bodyglide?

It is a product that is supposed to prevent blisters and chaffing. It comes in a package like a stick anti-perspirant. You can use it on your legs, feet, etc. I have bought some for my upcoming trip but I have not tried it yet.

I used it on our beach trip and it worked great. I got it at Dick's but it was hard to find. We finally found it next to the checkout where they hang some smaller things. I think it was $7ish.

If anyone is interested, I found that stick anti perspirant/deodorant works just as well as Bodyglide. And it is much cheaper and easier to find. I use it on my feet to prevent blisters and hot spots and it works wonders!!

How exactly does one use this to prevent foot blisters? Do you just apply it all over the soles of your feet before putting on shoes for the morning?

Do you use Body Glide primarily for sandals/Tevas? I wear good athletic shoes with Thorlo socks to the parks . . . gotta pamper the feet . . . will Body Glide still help me with shoes and socks?
