Where can I find Belle from Beauty and the Beast?

We are going the first week of december and this is a must for my niece. Is she out and about or only the princess meal also wandering about a few others like Marie from Aristocats and Chicken Little also Peter Pan

We've seen her in France in Epcot. Marie is also there often.

Chicken Little we saw (with Ugly Duckling) right outside the entrance to Toon Town. Peter Pan hangs out in Adventureland accross from PoC.

As OP stated, Belle is often found in France.

We saw Belle in the Princess Line at Toontown Fair. The princesses in that line change so you will need to check who is there the days you are there. For us, it was Belle, Snow White and Cinderella.

You can always see Belle at Storytime with Belle by the castle.

We also saw her at the hat at MGM but I don't know if that is a regular appearance or not.

Check the times guides at each park or ask CM's for help with those have to find characters.

We saw Belle at Epcot/France... and she is the main (the princess you get your pic w/at the beginning of your jmeal) princess at Akershus.

If your niece loves Belle, make sure that you go to the Beauty and the Beast show at MGM!

In France, you'll usually find Belle dressed in her blue village dress. She's usually near the water across from the Chefs de France restaurant, and sometimes the Beast is with her.

At Toontown Hall of Fame, Belle usually appears in her gold ballgown. Lines can get pretty long here, so you'd probably want to get there around when it opens at 10am. Also, Belle is never guaranteed, but when you enter the Hall of Fame, they list what characters are making appearences in each of the rooms. If Belle's picture is on the sign above the line, that means she's there that day.

Marie is sometimes in France in the garden near the perfume shop, but not always.

Peter Pan is usually in Adventureland near the Pirates of the Caribbean (Just to the right of the shop in a little alcove). Wendy is usually with him.

I've had fairly bad luck finding Chicken Little, but I heard that he has been in Town Square at MK lately. As for the Princes, they're mainly only out for special events. Prince Charming is usually at the character dinner at 1900 Park Faire, and Aladdin (not in his Prince Ali outfit though) can be found in Morocco at EPCOT and near the Magic Carpets in MK.

Belle is usually also at the Ashkerhaus Princess breakfast in Norway in Epcot.
