Hopefully, someone else will know what I am talking about and can offer me some insight. The Disney Stores used to sell pixie dust. (It was gold glitter in a plastic bottle with Tink on the front, I believe) My sister and I always bought it. They quit selling it awhile ago. I know I can put some gold glitter in a plastic bottle and call it pixie dust, but if there is anyway I can find the "real" stuff.....Does anyone know where I can buy disney pixie dust? My sister is going with my DH and I to Disney in Jan. and I would love to surprise her. To the nondisney lovers it sounds crazy, but I know you all know how sentimental disney stuff like old pixie dust is to us. Please help.

The only place I can think of that would have it is just next to Fantasy land at Tinkerbelle's Treasures. That is where Tink's Box is to wake her up also. You said you were not going to Jan. I am goin Dec 7-11 I could check for you if they have it. Just PM me if you are interested.

I looked for some when we were there in May and wasn't able to find any anywhere, not even at Tink's Treasures. I will try looking again when I am there on Friday this week.

Please explain to about waking Tinker Bell up? Can you believe I've never heard of this???? I have got to know more about it. My sister loves Tink. This has been a hard year her and I want to make it as magical as possible. If I can locate some pixie dust, we're in business!!! :teeth:

Accessory shops in the malls sell jars and bottles of "fairy dust" that is a very very fine grade of glitter. You can also go to Club Libby Lu stores and make your own magic fairy dust potion. This might be a good non-disney option if you are unable to find the bottle with a picture of tink on it.
I am planning on bringing my bag of magic fairy dust with me for our November trip to sparkle up a few moments when the kids get bored.

The crystal store sells glass jars of pixie dust that you can have engraved with your name on their shop in Downtown Disney. It comes with gold glitter...

We just returned yesterday from Disneyworld. Tink's Treasures did not have any pixie dust and the CM's said they haven't had any for a while.

We looked for AUTHENTIC pixie dust while we were there last fall and the CM's we asked said they haven't carried any in a while.

Looks like confetti from Michaels is still the ony way....unless you bump into Tink herself.

Early morning first rope drop MK go through CC and at Tink's T there's a dresser you look through the Keyhole and wake Tink if you are the first.Sometimes the CM's are in a real good mode that day and let others wake her from her naps.

Could you give me a little more information on this. I'm planning on giving Pixie Dust as the favor for my Disney themed wedding. I'm wondering how much this costs and if they ship out of state. I'm going to Disney next week but don't want to worry about transporting 125 bottles. Any information you can give me would be great!! Thanks!!! :goodvibes

I didn't even know they ever sold this. I would of loved to have some!!!

Once during the MK parade--- the fairygod mothers were throwing tissue paper petals/confetti into the crowds. Anyhow, when it was over my son picked up a bunch. He brought it to me and told me it was PD and to keep it for good luck. I still have some of that to this day. :goodvibes
