Did you check near the jewelry counters, where they have keychains, wallets, etc.? That's where I found mine at WalMart, though I had to do some searching.

The dollar stores always have a bunch.

Oriental trading company is also a place to buy a BUNCH very cheap. They have the smiley ones - but the dollars stores around me always have EVERYTHING oriental trading company has.
