Where can I buy an AP?

Do AP's have to be purchased thru Disney directly? Can I get them at a Disney Store?

You can buy an AP from a travel agent or through Disney direct (via CRO or website). Disney Store doesn't sell them anymore since they are no longer owned by Disney but by Children's Place.

Along these same lines, and I know this probably has been asked before, where are the annual pass processing centers and what are their hours? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Guest Relations processes annual pass activations. They are located at each of the 4 parks, as well as 2 locations at Downtown Disney. I BELIEVE the hours of the park locations coincide with the hours of the parks, and the Downtown Disney locations are open till 11:00pm I think.
