Where can a person workout while at a DVC resort?

I heard that SRS will have a spa. I am trying to decide for my family which resort to call home. One factor is that I like to work out in the morning. Do any of the properties have facilites such as treadmills etc.. Are they free to use or is there a charge? So many questions and so little time!! Dennis

I believe all DVC's or associated hotels have work-out facilities.
'Sturdy Branches', located in the VWL atrium, is one of the finest. There is no charge for DVC members staying on points. I am not sure about DVC members on a cash stay.

I know Boardwalk has a full facility, weights, treadmills, the works. Not sure about the others.

All DVC resorts have excersise rooms, but only SSR has the full spa. The one at OKW is quite small, but serviceable.

I have used the fitness facilities at VWL, BC/YC (which is available to BCV guests) and BWV. Maistre Gracey is correct, "Sturdy Branches" is the best of the three. But the .79 of a mile run around the Boardwalk is a lot of fun. It's nice to use the weights inside and then go outside for a run.

The walk around World Showcase is a good workout especially if you go with my wife who stops in every gift shop It is 1/2 mile around if you do not stop to shop. OKW has a nice little work out place, never use it but my kids have.

FYI, If you are a DVC member staying at any WDW resort/hotel you can use the health club facilities at any of the DVC properties

Sturdy Branches is quite nice
