Where are you staying your next trip to WDW?

I don't know. I simply can't decide. We'll be there September 27th - October 11th, but I'm so undecided. My family did their first trip in February at CBR and we loved it, but I want to try a deluxe. Decisions, decisions. . .

August 23-25th at OKW to celebrate my birthday.

December 6-8th at WL for Christmas decor and MVMCP.

December 27-Jan 3 on DCL Magic Eastern Caribbean for New Years!

I wonder if somebody could explain how these teacher and government rates work. I work at a college in New York City but at the college level there is no BOE certification. Also, the college is part of the City University of New York--which is a city/state institution. What kind of poof do you need to show, and do you think I would be eligible for a special rate? Going to BC next week, already planning the next trip!!!! Is that obsessive or what?

MusicMom3, about your question on staying at the Dolphin with the Teacher's rate. I would call them directly and explain your "teaching" situation. Or ask your question directly here on the Resort Board and one of our Swan/Dolphin experts (Glo comes to mind ) just might have an answer for you.

Swan for us! First time at the Swan. I am very excited.

We aren't going until next June either ~ it's so hard to wait! We've booked 4 nights at the Beach Club & 4 nights at the Polynesian.

I'd love to try the Swan or Dolphin & hadn't considered that we might be able to get a teachers rate for next June. My family is going with my DB's family & between the 2 families we have 3 teachers (the reason we always go in June)! Maybe we need to look into a night or two at the Swan or Dolphin.

recently from the Swan, first time stay, and I am already trying to plan another stay for either Easter or Christmas! We will do the Swan or Dolphin, and possibly split the trip and hop over to Portofino for half the trip and do the FOTL pass at the "other" parks. I loved our stay at the Swan, and can't imagine ever going down to a moderate again.
