ours arrived 20 days before, but remember they ship regular mail and yours are during the busiest shipping days of the year, I would expect at least 3-4 day delay

I never got an email confirmation on the shipping, but when I went onto Disneyworld.com I could see a tracking number so I was able to keep an eye on ours.

Turns out there was a hold on the bands due to a spelling discrepancy.

Glad I called!
