Where are the Harry Potter 2 toys???

I was at Toys R Us today finishing up my shopping for nieces, nephew and kids. I looked for toys for Harry Potter Chamber of Secrets, but didn't find what I was looking for. There are a couple of lego sets (dueling club) and a mini Ginny Weasley doll, but what I want is a Gilderoy Lockhart action figure. I know they made some! And last movie they had snape, etc. all over the place. Most of the action figures I saw are from Sorcerer's Stone. Did that strike on the west coast last month effect these toys and their being shipped?

Try Target or Walmart.....while I don't remember seeing a Lockhart doll I wasn't really looking for one. They both have a Chamber trivia game and some other stuff related to the 2nd movie.
