Where are the characters?

Is there a post somewhere on the DIS that has a list of all the characters and where you can meet/see them? I thought I had seen this once before, but I can't for the life of me find it!

There's plenty of them around the net. The one at wdisneyw.co.uk is my favorite since it seems to be the most accurate most of the time (some that you may find are very outdated since they have locations that have not been used in years). Our own HugsForEeyore's wdwautograohs.com is a great site as well.

Some websites, such as allearsnet.com have really extensive lists of where the characters are. also Steve Soars has a great website that even lists the times certain characters do meet & greets, but it's in no way full. Your best bet would to be asking a Cast Member for specific characters and they'll call the CHiP hotline and find out for you where they might be that day.
