Where are summer seat sales?

Every year I purchase my July WDW air during the 3rd last or last week of April. What's the deal this year? We fly Northwest, and they are still advertising Spring sales and Mother's Day promos - but no summer promos yet?

Anyone know why the delay? Tiger

Supposedly, tourism - and airline ticket sales - are up this year. Haven't I read that Disney didn't offer as many discounts, too?
