I thought I remember doing my room request on the 90-day check-in last year, but I didn't see it today when I logged in? Am I missing it--or did they change the location of the request??
We had good luck with a chat session to place a room request. The CM at the front desk said “we see you have requested xxxxx” (which was exactly what we put in the chat) “but your room is not quite ready etc. “
