Where are my vouchers?

We volunteered Feb 23 and I have not received an e-mail yet with our vouchers. We leave in a few weeks so i am getting a bit nervous...
Who can I contact to get any info????

You can log in to the Disney site to check on the status of your vouchers, but it will likely only say 'pending verification' until the point that your vouchers are actually available... I suppose you could contact your volunteer organization, but since this whole program has been handled with a third party (Hands On) it is entirely possible and likely that the entities on either end (the volunteer organization and Disney) have no direct contact with each other. The charity sends in reports of volunteer work finished, Disney waits on the other end for reports of who has earned their vouchers.

I never received an email about the vouchers. I just logged into my account and there they were. We volunteered Sat, Feb 28th and our vouchers were there on Friday, March 5th. It's been 2 weeks, so I would make inquiries if they are not in your account.

Log in to your account and see if they are available to print. If it still says that you are pending verification, you should contact the volunteer organization to see if they submitted your name as completing the volunteer opportunity.

On the FAQ page, there is a link to send a request for assistance if you have not received verification within two weeks:
