Where are my points?

Hey everyone, we are new this year to DVC and have a Feb. UY. I checked my account for "My Vacation Points" to see if my Feb. allotment was there and my points are unavailable to view. Is this common, because its so early in the month? Anyone else with a Feb UY not able to see their points? Thanks!

I have a June UY and I can see points for 2010, 11, 12, and 13. You should be able to see things several years out.

Since you are new, it may be something with the getting you set up, but I would give MS a call to find out.

How "new"? I am a Feb UY as well and I can see points for several years going forward. Your account just may not be fully setup if you are too "new".

No Im not that "new"...I have seen my points before on the site but yesterday when I went to ck they were unavailable to view..and still are today.. Ill call MS.. Thanks guys!

The Disney websites do weird things if you opened other Disney pages then try and go back to a different page and log on. I always need to clear my cookies before logging into mydvc or else I can't get in or the info is corrupt. Glad you found your points

Ya, now that you say that it makes tons of sense. I have gone to ck it so many times and thought it was "down", but probably just needed to clear my cookies. Thanks!
