Where are my ADRS?-Disney site- UPDATE!! Post 570 pg 38

Unfortunately, that isn't true for everyone. I have a character meal scheduled for every day we are there and none of them show up online.

I think I have 4 character breakfasts scheduled. One of those is CP and the other 3 are "princess" meals (CRT, Akershus and 1900 PF). The PP I referenced stated something like "hard to get character meals". I don't know if the princess meals are harder to get than other character meals (obviously CRT is) but maybe that's why those are showing. Of course, I don't know which ones you have scheduled so if these are the ones you have then just completely disregard PP's theory especially if you have CM's and it is not showing up because I hear that is a hard one to get. But if you have different ones maybe that is why. Regardless, I hope the very nice lady I spoke with is right and everyone's ADRs are in tact.

Also, to anyone who has double booked trying to replace what you may have assumed was lost, I would call and speak to a CM. Apparently there are some not-so-nice-or-knowledgable CMs out there but I can attest to the fact that there are also very nice and knowledgable ones as well. Since all the ADRs seem to still be in the system, you may risk having yours cancelled. Just a suggestion......

I haven't read every post, but noticed the announcement that there will be SEVERAL outages on the Disney site between now and Dec. 15. It sounds as if this may happen several times between now and mid-December. In theory, we could get everything straightened out only for it to happen again!

My DH manages database development projects and he assures me - from a technical POV - it will be all right in the end. I choose to believe him though I have more faith in him than in Disney's IT!

Oh no!! I didn't think you were...I just didn't want you to feel like I was being flip about it not being a problem! Your right, that theory may not hold water afterall. When I saw that my Citrico's and Le Cellier were missing (which I also stalked for 2 months!) I got a little stressed so I totally know how you must feel!! I do think your husband is right though and I feel much better after confirming with Disney Dining. Good luck and have a great trip!!

My bookings all showed up fine for the telephone reservationist too - which the very nice lady at DRC was more than happy to do, by the way, she even suggested checking all of ours rather than just the couple of key ones that I asked her about.

Phew. We'll probably be en-route before the online system is back up, so that's put my mind a rest.

I ended up calling this afternoon just to see what the response would be to cancel the reservations I needed to and the CM I spoke with, Ingrid, was sooooo nice. She looked up my reservations and canceled them for me, then verified the ones I had and wanted to keep.

Well I waited until today for the dining reservation system to be up and running but half of my ADRs are still missing,

I have all my confirmation numbers, should i call and check anyhow?

Thought my missing ADS's would show up this morning, but NOT! I still have the same ones that I had before the latest upgrade, but missing many others! My patience is wearing thin - still trying not to call them!

Wouldn't worry about it. I called yesterday to cancel some
duplicate reservations I got at better times. Didn't have the my old
reservations online so I couldn't cancel anything without calling.

All my reservations were still there, no problem. I only called because
I didn't want someone else to miss out on making a reservation when
I had two at the same place.

omg this is fustrating, mine still missing by half still, only character meals showing plus the ones i made recently. i want to be able to see them and tweak them. plus im still afraid they are just gone!

Mine are missing when I went to check them today as well. The only one showing up is the one that I made over the telephone some time back. Hope they all show up soon.

I'm sure they are fine. If they were gone, Disney would have alot of unhappy guests on their hands.

site is back up but none of my adrs are there, except the one I made over the phone! this is such a pain! 2 of my adrs im still trying to tweek but if a better time pops up ill be double booked then Ill have to call to cancel! such a pain!!!!

I just called and a very nice CM went through everything I had booked with me. She could see everything I couldn't and helped me cancel some things I couldn't see on my screen. She was very helpful, it is definitely worth a call for peace of mind!

I'm having the same problem as everyone else! I just looked up all of my ADR's and 4 out of 7 were missing.

I just called Disney and was told that they are truly aware of this glitch and as long as you have your conf # you will be fine. The gal kept reassuring me that my ADR's were in the system. She told me they are not lost or gone for good!

It is hard not worry, though when you see some of the ADR's listed and others are missing.

Mine are still nto back either. I only see 3 of 9. I am thinking I will call agian just to make sure, but I am waiting until I get home to do it. Anyone know when the NEXT outage will be? I heard Nov/Dec.

All this talk of missing reservations made me nervous, so I looked up my December ones. Only 5 of the 8 are showing, but since I kept confirmation emails I'm not panicking!!

Glad I don't work for Disney IT... I think a few heads are going to be on the chopping block over this. Updates and conversions should go much smoother.

and called....I knew my reservations would still be there since my CRT meals haven't been refunded but since none of them have shown up online throughout all of these "enhancements", I had to do it...and no surprise, they were all there. So, I'm resting easier...

My 4:00 Les Chefs is missing! I tried booking it again but of course nothing is available.
