does the Year of a Million Dreams celebration end? I am planning a birthday trip in Nov 2007 and was wondering if it will still be going on while I am there. I read some place that it ended in October and in another place that it November or December.

Just in case you hadn't found the answer on one of the other threads, the YOAMD will be going all thru 2007! lol so its really 15 months of dreams...but it just doesn't have the same ring to it.
